No reason to complain, the venue met standard, couldn't recommend more it. I had a fairly nice stay at this commercial hotel. My room included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. The location was marvellous and excellent - ease of access to Triple J. The restaurant was great, good food.

It was a modern and perfect hotel in a pretty comfortable area, short walk to the shops and Next to many bars, restaurants and metro station, easy access to downtown and both Cerros with a privileged view to Andes, helpful staff and very good breakfast and many Santiago attractions. Truly enjoyed good bathroom and central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in our queen room. The staff was helpful and solved our problems immediately. Excellent service was provided too.

Everything at this commercial hotel was modern as we expected. The staff was all very amiable. The room was modern and absolutely perfect, with safe and cool views. Venue's location was efficient as it was minutes from a bus stop. We had early meal in Sangucheria la Gloria, based nearby. The restaurant was great and food was good...

Perfect and cool hotel in an unbeatable position close to a metro station. Modern room, particularly good bathroom, very attentive staff. Location not far from the subway and city center and more central Santiago. And 4-6 minutes walking distance from Triple J.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was modern. The hotel was fairly clean with very amiable staff. The daily service was excellent. Plus, free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. Loved our very good stay there a lot.
